Looking for a private backpack travelling adventure? Our private adventure course are guided walks and can be tailored to your suiting. It's perfect if you are looking forward to a relaxed, quiet break.
Private walks can be tailored to any length, in any of our frequent locations. It can include specific skills training, such as map reading. Just give us an idea of what you would like and we will tailor a walk or course to suit you and your group.
Benefits of Walking
It is important to stay fit and active during lockdown it would be too easy to stay indoors this would have a negative impact on our physical health and mental wellbeing so we need to exercise, the benefits is that it decreases stress, reduces anxiety, lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, simulates mind also keeps the immune system working and also releases feel good hormones.
A great way to #exercise is to do a #walk, it does not have to be that long the minimum amount of #exercise recommend per day is half an hour so if you did not have half an hour to spare in one go you could do it in three ten minutes blocks or two fifteen minutes blocks which ever suits you.
We had the joy of walking with Mark on our Coast to Coast walking holiday for 2 weeks. He looked after the group really well giving us daily information, booking tables for evening meals and pointing out things of interest during the day. His skills are excellent. It gave us a sense of achievement and fulfilled a long held dream of walking the coast to coast path.Justin & Mike
