Booking Terms and Conditions
Courses & activities cannot be run for under 18s.
Bookings are confirmed on a receipt of a 25% non refundable deposit, the balance is due no later then 9 weeks prior to the course/activities commencing.
Bookings that are made less then 3 weeks before start date then Northern Guiding requires full payment at time of booking, if customer cancels booking and payment already made then no refunds can be given.
If customer cancels more then 9 weeks before start date then deposit will be lost, if customer cancels after 9 weeks before start date of course/activities then all money paid is non refundable.
All cancellation must be made out in writing or emailed.
If Northern Guiding does not receive full payment on the due date then Northern Guiding reserves the right to cancel the course and all money paid would be lost.
If Northern Guiding cancels a course/activity then customers will get a full refund for the course/activities, Northern Guiding will not be liable for any other losses the customer may incur we recommend that you take insurance out to cover this.
If customer wishes to change date/courses then there will be a admin fee to pay.
Northern Guiding reserves the right to exclude the customer from activities that they are not adequately prepared for or fit enough and where there involvement may jeopardise there own, other customer or the instructors safety no refunds will be given to clients excluded on these safety grounds.
Northern Guiding accepts no liability for customer personnel being lost or damaged on a course/activities.
All courses/activities are subject to weather conditions so Northern Guiding retains the right to make changes to courses/activities for safety reasons no refunds will be given.
All courses/activities are subject to events outside Northern Guiding control.
Customer responsibility to obtain insurance cover.
Customer has to complete booking form and to have read the terms and conditions both forms need to be signed and dated.

The BMC recognize that climbing, hillwalking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personnel injury or death participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for there own actions and involvement.
Given the above statement Northern Guiding accepts no liability for death or injury.
Northern Guiding operates a trust account in accordance with the 1992 travel/package regulations in the unlikely event that Northern Guiding goes into financial difficulty, then your money will be safe.
